Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with the cellophane (plastic) un-opened.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at sales@rehuzi.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.
2. Send your item to the return address provided in the return form.
3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase in your return package.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, follow the return process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of the new product.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
