Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase required.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with your refund.  Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
